Madness: Project Nexus
Rated 5 / 5 stars March 29, 2012
I think this game is just what Madness Fans were looking for their entire life. I especially loved (aside from my GOLDEN M-249) the "tac-bar" idea which I believe is what makes this madness game truly unlike any other. It honestly makes players feel like Hank in one of the episodes.
About the new bug wherein, upon loading, the golden weapons become not golden? It's actually not exactly true. What happens is when you load the game, weapon colors are randomized since apparently the new bug changes each of your weapons color to another random color. There is a very small chance that the color of your weapon will remain the same, which actually has an upside to it because that would mean that there is a chance (and it did happen to me) that the weapons you had that were not golden before become golden the next time you load. So, if your sad that you're favorite golden weapon got lost, you can now buy an ordinary version of that weapon, quit and load and 1/3 chances are you get it in gold.

Unique
Very well made.
All that's left for you to do now is to make an ending.
I already voted a 5, but if you make an ending I'll uhh... vote another 5 with my nephew's account LOL. I'm kidding. Seriously though, it would be perfect if you make an ending. Please make an ending. An ending would be nice. Endings are cool wouldn't you agree? Heh, what's the opposite of starting that's synonymous to finishing? The means are not justified by the... This is the only review with THAT many endings.
As to not make this review seem useless, I have some tips!
- the first 4 research techniques are the most important, so prioritize them.
- Zombies die when you hit them in the head with sharp objects or guns EXCEPT the knife. Don't ask.
- Severing the Zombie's legs will make them as good as dead, but this is not true when severing their arms. Weird, they never use their feet and they almost always need their arms/hands.
- Don't worry about ending up with an inhumane Zombie(heh) when the Captain wants to see results... He'll say the same thing anyway.
- Using the same object more than 4 times will result in smaller rewards for that item until you use another item or items more than 3 times.
- Don't worry about killing the Zombie... Enjoy it. Mwhahaha
- The fastest way to stock up on RP is to spam using the Zombie's "familiar" item(s).. The 5 uses rule does not apply to said items so spam all you want.
- Humanity, Mood, and Hunger are not the only requirements for an advanced action. Sometimes specific advanced actions have specific prerequisites. Go figure.
- Lastly, when feeding the zombie always wear mittens or any thick hand-wear as they could bite or claw at you and that... would give you an ending.

It's not half bad actually...
It's not hard... at easy mode... and when you get used to it, it's quite enjoyable.
Some tips:
-Use the 5th weapon at the start since it makes a great weapon to make up for your current lack of speed.
-Upgrade your speed first in order to outrun the zombies. If they can't catch you they can't kill you.
-The shot gun is a very efficient weapon since it's range in the game is indefinite and it has a high chance of scoring you a head shot.
-When you become very fast, the game becomes all about evasive gun slinging which is not difficult at all, so do not be afraid to utilize all your items early.

Extremely entertaining.
The narrator's voicing couldn't be better and the whole thing had great detail and plot, and it was incredibly funny.
FD god didn't get to kill anyone! Psycho survived!... and then hacker killed him lol.
Free-kill got no kills again (got unlucky meeting up with lagger).
Swat: "It is inevitable" LOL
I didn't see Killer though. I miss his epic fail.
Overall, AWESOME!

It's becoming clear...
The reason why Hank can't die for good is because Tricky keeps on reviving him. All for his personal enjoyment. After all, the P.I.D. was activated in response to Hank's first infiltration (Madness Redeemer). Apparently Tricky is fond of Hank because of the violence he brings with him wherever he goes. Cheers to Krinkels for another brilliant work!

Blessed by a deity? That human must have MAXED:
-Defense: Seeing as how his bones were still intact after being pummeled by heavy metal.
-Speed: As he could keep up with the Robot's jet-accelerated movements before it went into what I would call "hyper drive".
-Endurance: Since getting shot, slashed and stabbed multiple times was not much of a problem for him.
-Regeneration: Because apparently even his clothes posses such ability.
Although highly impossible, not having said abilities would make the presentation less action-packed in my opinion. Great animation, Cheers.
